Send Logs to BusyMac
If you are encountering a problem with BusyCal or BusySync and need help solving it, please send your log files to BusyMac support. By examining your log files, we can quickly identify problems and provide a solution.
Click the appropriate link below to send your logs to BusyMac. This will launch your default email application and create a new message addressed to support@busymac.com with your log files attached as a zip file. Please provide a description of the problem in the body of the message including the names/dates of specific events that are not syncing. We will examine your logs and respond promptly.

If you're running BusyCal, click the link above to send your logs to BusyMac. If the link above does not work, you may send your logs manually by launching BusyCal, and selecting Help > Email Support. |
If you're running BusySync, click the link above to send your logs to BusyMac. If the link above does not work, you may send your logs manually by opening the BusySync prefpane, selecting the Log tab, and clicking the Send Logs to BusyMac button. |
