Where 2Do May Be Better

On Mac, iPhone, and iPad, 2Do lets you divide regular lists and the Inbox into named task sections. For example, a trip list can have Bookings and Packing sections. You can reorder or collapse sections, while the tasks within each section follow the list's sort.
Auto-Create Sections organizes selected unfinished tasks or all unfinished, unsectioned tasks in a list. It reuses suitable existing sections and creates new ones where needed. Auto-Name Section names an existing section from its task titles. These Apple Intelligence commands run on your device and require supported hardware with Apple Intelligence enabled on macOS 26, iOS 26, or iPadOS 26 or later.
