Why does BusyCal launch when I snooze or dismiss an alarm?

In BusyCal versions prior to 2026.1.2, snoozing or dismissing an alarm could launch the main BusyCal app so alarm changes could be processed immediately.

From 2026.1.2 onward, BusyCal Menu & Alarms handles these actions directly without opening the main app.

If BusyCal still appears when you snooze or dismiss alarms, update BusyCal and review BusyCal Menu App.
