A field is missing from the Info Panel (Tags, Attendees, Travel Time, etc.)

BusyCal’s Info Panel is configurable. If you don’t see a field you expect (for example Tags, Attendees, Travel Time, Contacts, etc.), it’s usually just disabled in Info Panel settings.

Fix: Enable the field in Settings

  1. Open BusyCal > Settings.
  2. Click Info Panel.
  3. Under Show fields, enable the missing field(s).

Notes

  • Some fields are account-dependent (for example, Outlook/Graph-specific features), and some can be affected by whether an event is read-only.
  • BusyCal also supports special “local-only” fields like My Tags / My Notes / My Alarms for services that don’t natively support certain properties.
