Does BusyCal support Calendly?

BusyCal does not have a direct integration with Calendly. However, any bookings or meetings scheduled through Calendly will automatically appear in BusyCal.

This is because Calendly adds events to your underlying calendar account (such as Google Calendar, iCloud, or Office 365). As long as that account has been added to BusyCal, events created by Calendly will be pulled in during sync and appear alongside your other events.

How to ensure Calendly events appear in BusyCal

1. Make sure the calendar account that Calendly writes to (e.g., Google, iCloud, Office 365) is added in BusyCal. See the relevant setup guide:
   • Using BusyCal with Google
   • Using BusyCal with iCloud
   • Using BusyCal with Exchange / Office 365
2. Verify that the specific calendar Calendly is configured to use is enabled (not hidden) in BusyCal's calendar list.
3. Events created through Calendly will appear after the next sync cycle.
