Day/Week View shows only working hours

Why are some hours missing in Day or Week View?​

BusyCal can hide non-working hours to help you focus on your schedule. When Working Hours is enabled, Day and Week views collapse hours outside your Day Start and Day End settings.

Fix: Show all hours again​

  1. In Day or Week View, click the Working Hours button in the toolbar (next to the date switcher) to toggle full-day hours.
  2. If you still see a shortened range, go to BusyCal > Settings > General and adjust Day Start and Day End.
  3. Option-scroll in Day or Week View to zoom the time ruler and show more hours.
